For those of you who follow me on Instagram, you will already know about our latest (and so far, greatest) adventure… we are currently travelling though Europe in a camper van. We are planning on being on the road until the end of the year and will be visiting Spain, France, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Greece and possibly a few other spots, if we have the time (and/or the budget) and depending on the recommendations we get while on the road. Last autumn, right before we jumped on a plane to Brazil, we hired a camper van and did a little road trip down the Costa Vicentina, the south west coast of Portugal… half in the Alentejo and half in the Algarve, this coastline is without a doubt one of my favourite parts of Portugal.
