Mercearia Do Largo, in Évora´s historic district, recently underwent extensive renovations and have reopened with a brand new look on one of the cities most picturesque squares. In collaboration with Be Aromatic, a local organic herb farm, they have revamped the menu: all locally sourced, all organic and all seasonal ingredients. Their menu is all 100% delicious (and I would know because I ate EVERYTHING) and not only good for you, but also good for the planet.

In addition to the restaurant, they also sell Be Aromatic herbs and products, as well as several other locally sourced, organic goodies such as honey, granola, olive oil, local spirits and wine. Definitely check them out when next in Évora.
