It´s hard to believe that this trip was 2 years ago, it still feels like just the few months ago and the older I get the faster time seems to pass. We no longer have our best boi Zé Pequeno with us and seeing him in these images is bittersweet… there never will be another dog like him and he loved the van life more than any of us, he was the best road trip buddy and we still miss him every day.

On this adventure we took 3 months off and drove to Sicily and back again via Spain, France and Italy… doing our best to follow coastlines and/or mountains to avoid the heat of the summer (with limited success but very grateful to not be doing it this year in all these heat waves)
